Today is the is day I turn 27 years old!

Its horrible to see your age change on every social network site I belong to (and that is a fair few!) lol

Lee's card aptly put inside that he cant wait for me to reach 30 so he can tease me just as much as im teasing him on his impending big 3-0 =)

Kinda forgot to update!

To be honest i haven't really been up to much to warrant a post.
Have got my hands on a ton of boxes from works so we are going to make a start on the packing this weekend, we have HAD over a month to get started but we just cant be bothered.
Once we make a start it will be fine, its just making that push to do it!

So a fun packed weekend for me ahead! Not!
Keep telling myself it will all be worth it in the end =D

Dress

I have found the perfect wedding dress =D

So happy! Its totally not what i was going for so a lot of people are going to be surprised when they see me walk down the aisle so i am looking forward to seeing a lot of shock on some peoples faces lol

I have even decided on a vale - i was totally against getting one etc but when i tried it on with the dresses it just looked amazing. When i tried on THE ONE i almost cried =) *big softy* I just knew it was the one, so paid the deposit and now don’t need to go back until December to get measured. The shop had a 20% off all dresses and vale today so saved about £150 on the dress and £35 on the vales so even better.

Just need to decide on the bridesmaid dresses and colours then that is me all sorted. Oh and need to get shoes and comfortable underwear too =)

Really cant think of anything witty to write about even though I'm sure there is something to tell.
Been so tired all week that have been coming home like zombie (which isn't good considering the drive i have home!)
Just having one of those weeks where i just cant be arsed with anything, work is so boring right now but cant complain really as just know its going to get metal soon *fingers crossed*

So im bored... apologizes for the boring post but heres a little facty thing for ya all =)

Blowout!!

There I am driving along the motorway (slower than normal) on the phone to mum asking if she can hear the horrible noise my car is making when ....... bam!

My passenger wheel explodes!

And really that isn't an exaggeration, when i managed to get to the hard shoulder out the passenger door it was smoking and stunk of burning rubber.

Thankfully i wasn't driving too fast when it happened and the motorway was practically dead as I dread to think what could have happened! I shudder to think to be honest. When i set off this morning the car just didn't feel right at all, the steering was all over the place and soon the steering wheel was begining to vibrate! thank god for the RAC breakdown cover that i had - guy was there in 30mins so couldn't really fault the service.
He managed to get my spare tyre on which he had to swap and put on the back and the back on the front - different sizes and something to do with gear box knowing that!
So off i drove to mums - called into work to say would take today off and get the car and myself sorted.

So almost £200 later I am now finally home safe and sound in Edinburgh eating Ben & Jerry Ice cream to cheer me up.
I had to replace not only the passenger wheel but my front divers side was worn and bald so was advised to replace that one as well =( Then i remember that one of my headlight bulbs had blown so had to get that fixed at halfords.
And lastly to top it all off - i fell in the Tesco car park and skint my knee!! I swear this is the shitiest day for me ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have finally sold the flat!! =D woo hoo
So glad it is finally away - we got word today that the survey was ok and they where happy to continue with the offer so its a done deal!
Move in date April 25th!

I should be more happier but some stuff went on a the weekend that its just kinda put a damper on everything, cant go into too much by basically someone close to me got raped and i wish i was closer to them to just be there for her. Lee has been a great help, as my mind is just not with it at the moment. Know everything will be ok eventually - or it will? only time will tell i guess.

Got a date with a lovely bubble bath so off to chill, need it!

Life at a stand still.

Well not much has been happening to be honest. We have had loads of viewers and only 1 note of interest and 1 possible interest but the girl is sure about being safe!!! urgh house hunters piss me off they really do!

I hope it goes quick, Lee is stressing out and I’m getting all the PMS symptoms right not so I’m not in the best of moods lately. Swear I have never looked so forward to periods in my life. Will be great to get my body back on track.

Had friends staying last Saturday who were down from Montrose for the weekend. We went out for dinner and few drinks - had a good night we haven’t been out for ages! So was nice to de-stress and get drunk lol
Going out tomorrow to a 40th surprise birthday so that should be good.

Not much else really to report. Feel stagnant and like i should be doing interesting things to blog about but sadly this at the moment is as interesting as my life gets. It going to get metal when we do finally get around to moving and then i can get back to planning the wedding.

We still cant agree on a list and I have no idea who to have as my bridesmaid(s)….. but trying not to think about that too much right now, have enough on my plate!

Work is going ok, nothing interesting going on there…

God i have evven bored myself now so shall leave it at that!

For Sale

Thats lee's wee flat up for sale as of today - its on the espc website if anyone is intersted in buying a flat in Edinburgh lol =)
Only went on the site this morning and already we have a viewer coming on Wednesday!!
Feels more real everyday. Cant wait until we move and im hoping this sells quick so we can move in quicker to our new pad.

Least I can say I have lived in the City even if only for a few months, but in all honesty I cant say I'm going to miss it! It took me 45 mins to get a parking space last night and even at that I was parked outside a put right at the Hib's football ground - thankfully my wee car was ok this morning when i got back to it!

So the move is on - wedding plans are totally on hold for the time being even though I am itching to get things moving with that.

Kinda better get back to work, but dont seem to have much time to blog at home nowadays as usally knackerd by the time i get in or playing Warcrack... sorry Warcraft! =) Bloddy Lee's fault!

We are home owners!!

Woo hoo!
We decided to bite the bullet and put an offer in on one of the flats we seen on Saturday.
Its a 2 bed 1st level (only is ground then 1st so there is attic space!) flat in Greenhill Square, Bonnybridge.
We put the offer in yesterday with a possible entry date of April 25 (not long to go really) on the basis that we sell this flat quick. Got the call today to say they were happy to accept our offer..... =D yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So thats my good news so far =)
Been cleaning they flat like i have major OCD! Was off today and lee was half day as we went to see his financial adviser guy (mental guy buy knows his stuff), so we managed to get a load of stuff packed into both cars and dumped them at mum's before he went to work for the rest of the day (poor thing!)
He is due home any min' and I am done in for the day - I cant do any more cleaning i and sooo shattered! Plus have done my back in moving, cleaning and lifting stuff! Urgh!

House Hunting

Yes thats right folks I'm on the move again!
We have talked about moving but Lee thought his fixed rate didn't finish until April, until that is he got a letter saying the mortgage payments are going up by an extra £200!! Eek!
So he made the decision to put the wee flat on the market and go house hunting.

This weekend has been busy to say the least! We went to see about 4 places all really nice but we are finding storage a bit of a problem in them, need a cupboard big enough to hold his drum kit.
We are debating right now as to put an offer in on one of them... so will keep you posted about that.

Apart from that I have totally gutted the kitchen and have it shining like a shilling right now and have warned lee not to mess it up!
We have so much to by friday that I need to cut this short, only stopping for a wee tea break lol

Feeling better..

...thankfully, but unfortunately back to work on Monday!
Gotta go back sometime I suppose. I know most went back on the 3rd (or the 2nd like poor Lee) So I guess I really shouldn't complain too much.

Just cant be bothered going back, its always the same after been off work for a wee while.

Been so bored the past few days, couldn't face going out at all as was just feeling lousy and though I feel a million times better I just still couldn't face going out! So (we) have sat in all day and did nothing.

Been trying my hand at digital scrap booking but having a hard time getting off to a good start. Just cant seem to get my head round it!!! urgh!!! so annoying lol Need to invest in a good program to use i think.

So haven't really had a production few days off sick! Lee is off for band rehearsal tomorrow so off to Ocean Terminal to spend my xmas vouchers and get some fresh air! and food stuff for work.

Pretty boring start to the new year huh? wish had something interesting to write about by my mind is just at a blank seeing as I haven't really done anything interesting to write about!
God I'm rambling now must be the paracetamol kicking in lol

Didnt quite make it to work..

Gotta love WiFi internet.

Didnt make it into work today Feel absolutely awful! Totally chocked with the cold like you wouldn’t believe. I hate calling into work sick as I always feel like a fraud, I hardly get sick and when I do I always tend to muddle on and go into work regardless. But not today - for a start Lee wouldn’t let me and secondly, every time I move my head it feels like it is going to explode which isn’t good.

So I’m stuck at home on my own again seeing as he is working, think will probably be off tomorrow as well, going by how i feel right now that is.Will have to get dressed and head off out at some point to get some drugs and tissues which in all honesty I’m not looking forward to doing as pure and simply I cant be arsed getting outta this warm bed to stuff - also the fact that I have a exploding head! So will have to see about that, Might just take parcetamol for my head and hope it works until Lee gets home then he can go out and get me stuff

Tomorrow sees me back at work and to honest I don't want to go - will only be back for 2 days then its the weekend so hardly see the point, but needs must I suppose.
Poor Lee he has hardly been off :( Hes back today, because its an English company they don't get the 2nd off like most scots do. Though have to admit most shops and business are open today to rake in the money of the start of the January Sales.
The holidays are changing or maybe I'm just growing up and it has always been this way. When I was wee the holidays seemed to last for ever and everyone was happy and didn't need to work as they were off, now it seems it has all become too commercialized and people are forgetting what this time of year is all about.

This is going to be a busy year for me & Lee (of course) as we really need to get down to the nitty gritty of planning our wedding.
Weddings are expensive and time consuming to boot!

We are going to Napier sometime over the next 2 weeks to hand over out deposit for the hire of the rooms. Then we wont hear anything from them until March next year I guess..... I know we have ages to go but I think I am going to need this year to get things sorted.
We are planning on doing our own stationary as we have seen how ridiculously expensive a bit of paper can be all because has "Wedding" on it! So sorry extortionate invitations making companies you wont be getting our money!
If we can cut costs on some aspects we have more to spend on other things.
Also I couldn't believe the price of photographers!! they start from £500 for 10 measly photos to £2000 for 100!
Boy am I seriously in the wrong profession, where weddings are concerned there is a fortune to be made!

Happy New Year

Wow 2008 all ready!? Last year went too fast.

Had a pretty shit hogmany to be honest - we had our first fight :( yeah I know great way to celebrate the New Year. We were supposed to be heading over to friends for a few drinks and see in the new year, but that didn’t happen, I didn’t much feel like socializing with mascara run eyes/cheeks! I think last night was the first time I have seen him really mad and the first time I have cried in a long long time. I’m not going into why we were arguing, but put it this way I would hate to argue again as we would break too much furniture…. he somehow managed to break the wee table in the living room.. didn’t see as I was walking downstairs but heard it. Least it wasn’t me huh?

The atmosphere is tense here the now, but I hope it will blow over, but im not one to forgive easily so maybe that will have to be one of my new years resolutions.

Speaking of which i am taking part in 101 things to do in 1001 days :) that list will be be my resolutions.

Anyhow off the now don't feel like blogging much right now…

Last post of the year....

Merry xmas everyone! I hope you all had a great time.
Cant believe we are about to enter a new year.... I don't know where on earth this year went, it just seemed to fly in!

Xmas was good went down to Lee's mum last weekend to have an early Christmas with his family. Done not to bad - got a Tickle Me Elmo =D it is hilarious!! must take a wee video to show you, and a sack full of stocking goodies. Got home Xmas eve and we went over to friend of Lee's for a few drinks (well not me I was driving) then headed off to mums.

Just basically chilled the rest of the week - poor Lee was back at work on the 27th, where as I'm not back until the 3rd woo hoo! So great being off! Went out Friday night with my mate Alan to catch up = was weird being out in falkirk! It was so dead!
Drove home yesterday and basically we have done nothing all weekend - think we have watched about 10 movies! And we are still watching as I type lol

Off to friends tomorrow for hogmany - just staying in but beats staying in or our own.

Hope everyone has a good new year - and I hope next year is as a good at this one has been =)

'tis the season..

Finally gotten into the festive spirit.
We have put the tree up done all the xmas shopping, wrapped it all and even written all the cards! Not all today - I did my shopping last Sun when Lee was off to Glenrothes for a band audition, but we did the tree and cards today =) So happy to be all organised.

SOOOOOOOOO Happy!! We have finally got a date for our wedding

August 1st 2009 at Napier University.

Just waiting on a confirmation email and pay the deposit but basically every Saturday in July and Aug 2009 is free so we really have our pick of dates. Dunno why we chose 1st Aug - just seems like a good date =)
Means I can now get into Organization mode and work exactly what I want and colours, already have the dress - well when I say that I mean I have seen the perfect one! so will prob work my colours around that, put it this way its not going to be traditional and thats all I'm saying =)

Lee is off to a gig tonight, think its going to be his last one as he is leaving the band as in the new year he starts an IT training course that he needs to concentrate on, so get peace to watch the X Factor Final! Not feeling 100% anyhow so just want to curl up on the couch and chill, beside its bloody freezing outside!

Cant believe its almost a week to xmas =) and me and Lee and spending it together this year =D which i'm happy about. We are off down to Newcastle next Sat until xmas eve meeting a few friends on xmas eve night for catch up before heading to mums to spend xmas day/boxing day with her. so working out nicely so far....

Anyhow off to watch X Factor!

pff been ages!

Ok i am officially crap at keeping an online diary now!
And its all Lee's fault. Keep getting distracted when i get home and then forget to post.
Soooo much to update but don't want to bore you with everything so will just take out the wee snippets that are important :)

Went to a murder mystery dinner at my mate Lisa's house last weekend - it was fab!! Been many years of organization but she eventually got round to hosting it. Me and lee had a great time and cant for the next one lol
Lee was the Captain and in the end the murderer! Go figure. i was the air stewardess :D and quite happy with how i manged to through my outfit together and pass for a stewardess.

Been to see an few other possible wedding venues and off to see Napier this afternoon, we were supposed to be going last week but they had to cancel as a function was going on in the room we need to see so fingers crossed its still ok today - not heard otherwise.

And lastly - we thought there might have been the little pitter patter of tiny feet coming our way but sadly not this month! I have came of the Depo-vera injection in September as we are wanting to start a family (and this injection means is can take u to 2 years to conceive!) and for the life of me both Lee and Mum thought I was pregnant, so it is officially confirmed today by the Dr and clear-blue that I am not.
Kinda disappointed in a way but hey we just need to try harder now! =D
So will keep ya posted on that.

Seem to have lost a week!

Sure I had updated last week, but for some reason I seem to have lost track of time!
Must be the traveling and tiredness setting in lol

Was down in Newcastle the other weekend (in fact it was 2 weeks ago now!)- had a great time.
Dove down on the Friday night, and went to Lee's dads first for dinner - he is shaked up with some woman he met on holiday so we got to meet her to. By the time we eventually got to Lee's mums it was about 11pm!
Bearing in mind that both of us were up at 5:30 and 6:30am that day we were pretty tired to say the least!!
When did get there his mum has decorated the living room with banners and ballons =) was so nice!
Finally got to bed about midnight and that was us until 12noon Sat!

Didnt do much during the day seeing as we had slept so long, went to his sisters house for a few hours before dinner at 7pm.
His mum took us out to a relly nice indian resturant with all the family, which wasnt too bad as I had met them all a few months ago so it wasn as daunting this time =) heh

After dinner everyone decended back to Lee's mum's for cake and champange =) yummy!
We got a lot or nice wee presents and gift voucher for John Lewis - so cant wait for the sales to get nice stuff for when we get out new house =)

Drove home on suday morning to miss the football traffic and then basically chilled.

Had a pretty lazy weekend there, been on WoW all weekend practically which is terrible i know but neither of us could be bothered doing much else. Al came over on Sat night for a few drinks so that broke the weekend up a little.

Been busy last week getting the flat all tidy and in some order - you can tell that Lee has been too used to living on his own for ages lol.

So apart form that not really much to tell...... leading a quiet life in the city!
Told Lee we need to go out more in the city so that will be one of out new years resolutions =)

So tired.....

I have moved!
Im now living with Lee in his poky wee flat but its all good =) Sadly there isnt enough room for me and all my shoes so I have had to limit my shoes to 3 pairs! shock horror!
Havnet taken all my stuff with me naturally as really if you were to see his flat there would be absolutly no room! Mum couldnt wait to get rid of me lol

The traveling to work might evenutally get to me, it has only been 1 week so far and its not to bad but I have to get up at 6:30am and generally getting to work for 8:30am regardless if im on early or lates! So that might be a problem, the only bit i dont like is the drive home at night! Im getting in about 6:30pm which in retrospec isnt too bad consdiering im leaving from Kilsyth. I am even getting home before Lee sometimes and he works in Broxburn!!

Heading off down to Newcastle tonight for the weekend - Lee's mum is holding a wee engagement dinner for us =) so that should be good. Heading to his dad's tonight for dinner then staying with his mum tonight and sat.
Quite looking forward to it as it seems like a loooong week! so will be nice for a wee break. Lee is kindly driving down in my car, which isnt a surprise as any chance he gets he drives my car! lol

At work the now, with nothing to do! Contemplating looking for work through Edin way but like where I am so not sure what to do there......
Better head off and look busy for the next 40mins I suppose.

Not much...

... happening.
Just leading the quiet life and trying to organise wedding!
We still havent got a date yet as we are still trying to work out where we want to get married. Going to have a look at a few places in Edinburgh this weekend.
Once we know where we can set date and sort out our budget - but its not going to cheap like! We went to see place called The Three Kings in falkirk who do a wedding package for £3500 - but it just wasnt for us, I would rather wait and save up to get somewhere nicer, dont get me wrong it was done up lovely but it just wasnt what we are looking for.
Looks like it will 2009 or even 2010 at the very latest - though dont think I can wait that long =)

Moving in with Lee this weekend =) so looking forwad to that! Just going to pack all the clothes that I need and a few bits n bobs the rest is staying at mums. I think she cant wait to get rid off me!!

So apart from that not been up to much.

Bloody chickens!

Omg! Yesterday was a nightmare for me getting to work!!
About 1000 chickens made a bid for freedom when the lorry they were being transported in jack-knifed!
It took nine hours beofore the motorway was back open! Thank god I wasnt travelling from Edinburgh that day or I would have been mighty p***ed off! The traffic through Bonnybridge was horrendous as everyone was diverted off the motorway through there.
Didnt get into work until 9am was only half hour late so cant really complain i guess.

So glad its Friday now, off out to the Wheel House for dinner tonight. Mum has rounded up the family for a wee dinner to celebrate our engagement so looking forward to that, then off to a wedding fair in Edinburgh then off to one of Lee's friends for dinner =) so going to have a not to bad a weekend.

Thinking about moving over Edinburgh way as a wee trial to see how we actually get on living together full time and not just days here and there, so might do that in the next few weeks, going to talk it over with him tonight =) Its going to be a nighmare for me traveling to work in the morning, but it wouldnt be for long in a way though April is a long time to wait to get our own place through Falkirk way.

The wedding plans are stagnant at the moemnt, we have requested loads of information packs from Venues but because of this bloody postal strike we havnent got anything yet! Its looking like 2009 before we will be able to afford it which sucks in a way as I would love to do it tomorrow if we could! But Lee's sister is getting married about March time 2009 so we cant get married the beginning of the year.... urhg its acutally a nightmare to organise, didnt realise it would be this manic lol
Once we actually get a date and a venue then it will all fall into place..... I hope!

Anyhow I'm at work the now so better head off, only 45mins until I get to go home yay!

drivers beware!

I'm let loose on the roads again woo hoo!!

Was so lost not being able to drive because of my elbow - have been out of the coller/cuff thing since Thursday as it was more annoying than helpful. Campbell at work has been giving me a lift to and from work last week which was a great help! Dunno how long I could stand being at home getting moaned at for being on a computer all day etc etc etc.

So far driving hasn't given me too much pain, even though it is still sore, but getting better the bruise is almost gone on my underarm but still coming out nicely on my actual elbow - lovely!

Not been up to much other than planning a wedding! Been spending most of my time on the net at work printing out information on venues and what not to get an idea of how much it is all going to cost — my god i didn't know it was going to be such a bloody nightmare to organise!!

We still haven't got a date yet, but hoping maybe to do it next year or July 2009. So watch this space!
One day I might just post that I am married.

Right now just enjoying being engaged and looking forward to spending time with my new hubby-t0-be as much as possible, think might consider moving in with him once arm back on track and see what its going to be like!! wOOt!!

Excellent news!!!

Friday 28th, I am picked up by my gorgous man dressed in a kilt (and pulling it off mighty fine i might add!) wisked away in car to some un-known destination.
TomTom wasnt working until about 15 mins away from the place....
..... Dalhousie Castle!!

Couldnt believe it when he turned left and started to head up the drive way! Surprise number 2 (no1 was the kilt) and a great one at that =D he has been winding me up for 2 weeks about where were going, so im a happy bunny when see its here.

Head to our room = The Robert the Bruce Suite

Was such an amazing room! As you can see from the pic :) Called mum at this point to let her know where we had ended up when surprise number 3 arrived - Champange!!! Yummy!! So we popped it and started to get into it = Lee dowing his somethig terrible and pacing about like a looney - all will be reveiled!

Now the story gets really intersting lol

I just love to take a wee souviner from a hotel - usualy writing paper! So I got Lee to write me a wee note, whilst i read up on all the stuff you can get done at the spa, but with my arm i wastn getting anything done. Anyhow he gives me letter but i say i will read it after dinner but he insisted i read it then and there so I settled down on the bed and this is what i read...

I couldnt believe what I had read, until he got down on one knee and brought out the ring... by this time I was crying!! He was so relieved i said yes =D think he was panicing that I would say no as we have never really spoken about getting married at all!

Oh it was just so perfect!!
And a day I will never ever forget - we had the most amazing dinner and just had a great night. Once I called mum word travelled fast and my uncle in Canada called us at the castle just as we finished dinner, so by this time the whole castle knew!

So just wanted to share my news, will keep you all posted on the wedding plans! =D Oh so much to organise.

Im a walking disastor!

It was just under a month ago when I was on crutches from falling down stairs at work and busting my ankle, now i go and tip head over heels in the car park at work =(

Fell and skint both my knees, scratched my right knuckles, grazed chin oh and wait - fractured my elbow!!! Its just a wee hairline fracture at the top of my raida bone so cant plater me up or anything (thank god!) so i have a coller n cuff to do me for at least 2 weeks and I have to start moving it or it will stiffen up = if I can stand the pain!!
At the moment I am unable to turn my palm face up as the pain just shoots up my bone! so im off work for the next few days, should be back Monday if i can grip the stearing wheel that is!!

Dont feel....

.... like I am 26 years old.
Woke up on Monday and the first thing L said was "Happy Birthday love", god where has time gone the last year has just flown in.

Had a great weekend - was our 1 yr anniversary on Friday, we went out to a nice Thai restaurant for dinner - unfortunately it wasn't the one we went to for our first day as it closed down and is now being turned into yet another gay bar! Was a really lovely night.
The wedding was great on the Sat too = it was such a nice service and the bride looked so dainty in her dress, small and skinny! bitch lol =D the reception was held at Howie's Bar, really nice food and we were at at a good table which was even better! L knew most of the people at it so he didn't feel quit as bad I did not knowing anyone other than him and the groom lol

Birthday Monday was nice and relaxing - L enjoyed his rally driving and I got a shot in the passenger side of one of them, was great!! Was telling the guy to go faster lol.

So yeah thats me 26yrs now, 1yr with L and hope the rest of the year is a good as it has been so far.

He has something up his sleeve for the 28th Sept - its a surprise and he wont say where we are going only that the dress I wore to the wedding will be just perfect! Will keep ya posted!

Long time no post!

Sheesh its been ages since my last post!

I am no longer on crutches - thank god, acutlly ditched them by the Monday as they were giving me sore hands :)
Not really been up to much to be honest - went over to L's house for dinner and played singstar! Cant belive I was acutally singing (crap though I may be lol) so that was a good night.

Since then I havent really done much = typing this from work at the moment as I have no internet at home for the past week. Mum decided to get Sky Tv, phone and broadband but the internet doesnt get connected until sometime this week! So frustrating as BT cut us off last Wed night - right in the middle of me killing someone on WoW as well!

Got a busy weekend this week - It is mine and the bf's 1 year anniversary on Friday =D Cant believe its been a year already, its just flown by! We are going out to dinner but as of yet I havent a clue where we are going - its a surprise!
Sat we are going to his best mates wedding somewhere in Edinburgh - bought a lovely dress from Desire in town so will post a pic after the event. Sunday is a day of rest and on Monday its my birthday (26 omg!) and the bf is off doing his ralley driving in Dunfermline - got it for his christmas but this is him finally getting round to doing it so I'm off that day from work so going to watch =)

Well I suppose I had better get back to work!

I've got crutches!!!

Ok guess you are wondering why?
Broken leg?
Broken ankle?
Damaged something?

Well I havent broken anything though by the pain I wish I had!!!
I have done some serious tissue damage to my foot just need my ankle bone!

Was walking down the stairs at work and went over on my ankle and down the next step to the landing (I was carrying a cup of hot water at the time and spilled it on my hand when I did it, but thankfully its ok!)
Did this about 10am and just worked through the day without any problems, until I went for lunch. It started to get sore and when I was sitting in the canteen I was getting restless and it was hurting no matter what position I had my foot. When I was walking back to the office I stated limping as I was getting unable to weight on my foot as the pain was getting excruciating!
Was hobbling about the office when I asked J to ask T who the first aid person was to see if they had a ice pack as the heat coming off it was unreal! I hobbled to the bathroom then hobbled back to see T in the office looking at as if to say "OMG what have you done?!".

Basically to cut a really long story short T drove me to Stobhill Hospital in my car, was seen in about 10mins of waiting in Casualty. Took to minor injury unit where the guy examined my foot - I almost hit the roof when he pressed on the sore bits, said that my ankle was fine and hadn't broken that but might have broken some of the little bones in my foot - X-ray didn't show anything broken, which I don't know if was disappointed with or not lol.

Got tubigrip and crutches and sent home with strong ibuprofrn painkillers and that was that!

T had to drive me home in my car so it would be home with me and not abandoned in Kilsyth, she got her dad to follow us through so she could get back home.

So yeah that was my big adventure yesterday afternoon! L came over last night to look after me (sweet) - got him to take me to Tesco so I could get some paracetamol and test out the crutches. God they are hard work to use!! My arms and hands are killing me today.

Not sure how long I will be unable to drive for and how long it will take to heal. Will be off work for at least a week I would reckon, but going to see if can get appointment with Dr Mon/Tue to see what the deal is.

Bored at work...

.. yet again!!
I am having such a boring week at work! There is nothing to do and I dont even have anything for J to do!

Urgh hope it picks up next week when A gets back.

Quad biking was so much fun on Sat =) Even if we did arrive 6 hours early!!!!
We went out for dinner on Friday night to the Ghurker Brigrade in Leith, had a nice meal then basicaly an early night seeing as we had an early start on the Sat.
We left Edin at 7am and headed to Dunkeld - D was supposed to be doing her Zorbing at what we thought was 9am but it turned out it was 11am!! Got to Dunkeld at 8:30am so decided to head back down to Perth for breakfast. D gets a call from her mum to say that the Zorbing was cancelled (it was pissing it down!) and we didnt need to be in Dunkeld until 11:30am!!
By this time it was 9:30am so we had to hang about Perth for alomst 2 hours. By the time we got back to Dunkeld to get lunch everyone was pretty much grupmy and tired.
Lunch was over in about half an hour which meant we had to hang about for another hour until we had to go to the Quad Biking centre.

Have to admit once we got there it was great =) As it had been raining the ground was all muddy, we got covered in mud it was great!
The guy showed us what to do and got us to go round this track to make sure he was happy we could handle the Quads - then he took us the hill.

Me and D were at the back as we were so slow and at one point we lost the guys in front lol
I was the only one to have a wee accident. Was coming down the last hill and it was quite slippy and the breaks just didnt seem to want to work so i paniced and jammed ont the break, next thing i know i'm doing a 360 spin and facing up the hill with D coming towards me screaming "i cant stop!".
I have to admit it was scary but it was fun after the event =) I did hurt my leg - got a huge massive bruise on my left calf as when i did the spin my leg came off and whacked off the wheeel... ouch! could have been worse, I could have broke my leg!!

So all in all it was a good day.
Went to see "The Simpson's" on Sun with C & J. Have to admit I was a little disapointed with it. I really thought it was going to be more funny that it was, and I love the Simpsons!
Think that is me for the time being, I am work right now, supposedly doing work.

Have the worst migraine ever and just want to go home =(

Having such a boring week!
A is off on holiday for 2 weeks and me and the new girl J are finding it hard to find work to fill the days!

She keeps asking me for stuff to do = which don't get me wrong is great, but I have nothing for her to do! Even I am struggling to find stuff to do once I do the sales side of things for A. I hope once A gets back things pick up, as I don't know what on earth we are going to get J to do! At the moment she is doing my job whilst A is on holiday - so I really dont have a clue what she will be doing when she gets back....

I suppose I should make the most of the quiet time as I just know things are going to just get manic, but I hate not having to do!

I am stuck here at work until 4:30pm on my own as everyone else is away at 1:30. But I have managed to get away 4pm so thats kinda good.

Off through to Edinbugh (as usual!) = going out for dinner tonight. L sister and fiance are coming up this weekend as we are going Quad Biking on Sat. So Im looking forward to that.

Well boss has popped in so I had better go and look busy!

The Case of the Ex

Ok a little thing I need to get off my chest...

It silly really but its bugging me something terrible!

So the bf has discovered Facebook, which is cool I'm there too along with a lot of my friends. But I just discovered that he is still quite pally with his Ex who now lives in Australia and is on there.
He told me all about how they tried the long distance relationship thing and it didn't quite work out and all that stuff, and how they get along great now!

But its bugging me that they keep in touch! I don't flaunt my ex in his face let alone keep in touch with him, but there she is on his page.
Urgh I don't know if I'm jealous or what - even though there is nothing to be jealous about, but I don't like how I feel about it.

Should I tell him that it bothers me or just let it slide and forget about it?

I know what I'm like though, I wont be able to forget about it easily... urgh! He doesn't keep in touch with any other ex - that I know off! But she was the one who he was willing to move half way across the world for and I think that maybe that is getting to me, as he made a comment about how he would love to move there someday! Cause I know she is there I made a comment that I wouldn't move that far away so least he knows that bit!

I feel a little better getting that off my chest - haven't said to anyone as most would just say I have nothing to worry about and I know that, but it bugs me!

Off to have a bath and relax - had a pretty busy day at work!

Where has time gone!?

Sheesh I have been back from holiday as week and already it seems like a million years ago!

Had a great time in Turkey, though I'm not a 100% I would go back. It was geared way too much for the British and to be honest when I'm on holiday I cant be bothered with that!
Went to a Turkish Bath - god that was amazing! The oil massage was just great, made me feel so relaxed.
Also went on a boat trip when the bf's sister and fiance arrived and a Turkish night on our last night. Other than that we really didn't do anything apart from just chill by the pool and relax.

Got home last Friday night and was freezing! After just coming from 49degrees you would be too! Mum had got me the new Harry Potter book, had that finished by Sat night, and had to wait on L to finish it before could talk about it! =)

Been a bit of film buff the last week - went to see Transformers, Harry Potter OFP and Die Hard 4.0 Have to admit loved all 3, though was slightly disappointed with Harry Potter, so hope the last two films are better!

Been shopping in Livingston today and got myself a couple of DVD's so going off to watch them tonight as L is away out for his best mates stag do tonight. Feels weird not being with him now we are home as for almost 3 weeks we have been inseparable.

Never mind only 10 months til we get a place together =) yay!

Have a new girl at work - and I'm not really taken to her yet. Hope that changes as I am stuck on my own with her for 2 weeks whilst A is on holiday. The joys.

Anyhoo I cant be bothered typing a load as its all done etc so will leave this as a wee update.

Great Weekend!

So didnt want to go into work today =(
Hate Mondays - but it was actually a pretty good day it just flew in!

Been a the bf's all weekend since Friday after work -headed straight through. We were going to wedding reception at 7pm so I had to tank it through the motorway to beat traffic to make sure I would be ready in time! sheesh what a rush!
Got to his about 5:45pm so has to rush to get bathed and dressed and fix my hair....
Made it to the reception for about 7:30p so that wasn't too bad.

The guy that was getting married is the guitarist in the band that L plays for - finally got to meet J the bass players wife after all this time =) so was glad to have someone to chat to whilst L did the chatty bit with the other folk he knew.

Think we stayed there until 12am - managed to get L up for a caledih (?sp) dance and somehow managed to scrape my shin whilst waiting for a taxi home!

Great night!

Sat - we had a long lie!!
My god L actually had a long lie in! We got up about noon - which for him is a record - normally he is up at the crack of dawn!
We got ready and headed down to Ocean Terminal to do a wee bit of holiday shopping - got out sun lotion and other bits and bobs.
The rest of the day we just chilled and watched movies - we did however fall asleep on the couch and woke up about midnight! So straight to bed for us!

Sun - after about a 14hour sleep we were up and ready for 10am then decided we would drive down to Newcastle for Sunday lunch with L's family - there were celebrating his sister passing her teacher degree =) it was a bit of a surprise for her as she wasnt expecting us there. Took us about a 3 hours to get there, but it was worth it =) nice to see his mum again, and got a chance to meet the rest of his Aunts and stuff....

Think we got home about 8pm and just chilled, had a bath and then an early night.

Left Edin so early this morning that I was way too early! I can never time it right at all when I leave his house - never mind!

Holidays are coming!

Woo hoo!
2 weeks today I will be in Turkey sunning it up with the boyfriend =) I so cant wait = 2 weeks in the sun, is just what the Dr ordered. Been so stressed out about moving and been getting a lot of migraines as a result that I really need this holiday!

The week has gotten slowly better - apart from today A isn't coming back =( She is finding the traveling too much - so back to Westaff for another temp by the looks of things.... she sure picks a time to leave lol I'm off on holiday as mentioned then when I get back on the 30th AR is on holiday for 2 weeks!
Urgh its going to be a nightmare!
But not my problem - the boss will need to get someone else in asap, in order to train them up before I go so AR has help and I have help when I get back... oh the joys!

L has landed himself another band since Mojito has fell to the wayside when LH left and the brass players - its a wedding band, and from the sounds of it, it will be good money when the gigs start coming in =) so yay for him! They do funk which is have fave', soul, rock - basically a bit of everything.

Off to a wedding reception this weekend so need to head and get my bag packed as will be in Edin all weekend - great to get outta the house! lol

Urgh!

Well finally moved back to mothers...
Its only been a week...
And I hate it already!

I cant wait to get out of here - a year is going to be such a long time for me to live here. We are already arguing - she's nit picking at every f'ing thing! My room here is mess and all she does is moan about it - there isn't much I can do cramming all my life into a small bedroom with hardly any where to put stuff.
I had to buy a bed for my last flat so had to bring that along with my chest of drawers and 2 side-drawers, plus a TV and another pc desk.

Honestly I don't know what she wants me to do!
Most of my stuff has had to go up the loft but she was even complaining at that!

If it wasn't for the new bed - I would at least have room under my bed, but since mum already had a bed her mattress is under mine and the frame dismantled and in the wardrobe!

URGH! I am having the most shit week ever

Was an hour late on Monday for work due to the roadworks on the motorway at the Haggs junction - which is the one I come off when I'm staying in Edin.

Then get a message on bebo from my Ex's ex girlfriend!! WTF is up with that??
I was in shock when I got it - didn't check it over the weekend as was at L, so got it Monday at work! Top off an already bad day!
What infuriates me more is why she has to be so nice - and stalk me in a sense!

Wish L was here I could do with a hug! Hope the rest of the week gets better!

I'm going to be stuck in this place with no internet, tv, dvd's (as they are all at mums) and music as "Darth" is at mums.

Can only listen to music on the laptop and play the Wii or PS2 all week i suppose, but still.

Wont miss it so much this weekend as will be at the bf's and going to a wedding Sat night so looking forward to that. Not seen him all week, having withdrawal symptoms =) lol

I feel like I'm not getting out the bit right now - my room at mum's is a mess with stuff I have taken over so far, and the flat here is just as bad! There isn't really all the much to take over to be honest, it looks worse than it actually is. Hoping to get a boot load over to mum's tomorrow after work.

Haven't felt like moving stuff the past few days as not been feeling to great - have had a thumper of a migraine for the last 3 days :(

Been so bored as well - been on playing WoW and also playing Raving Rabbids on the Wii =D the bf bought it but prefers the PS3 so i get to have the Wii ... woo hoo!!

Cant remeber what else I was going to write now so going to head off and get some dinner.

I hate packing!!

Urgh!
I hate packing, I hate moving! Yet why do I put myself through it soooo many times!?

This had better the last move I ever make before me and bf get a house together.

The flat is all in turmoil - I am packing and moving stuff over to my mothers bit by bit, and looking at it, it hardly seems like I have moved anything. I cant take all my clothes as need stuff for work and cant take my bed yet as I'm not totally ready to move out - urgh - its kinda like being in limbo.
Will be glad when its all over.
My TV, internet and phone all get cut off next Friday so hope I'm at mum's by then. Will need to enlist the help of the bf and his car to take the furniture stuff over - no idea how the hell I'm going to get the bed to mum's though, thats going to be fun!

It has been way too long since I did a proper post, but truth be known I just haven’t had time or the patience and heart to sit down and type about the ins and outs of my life. Blogging shouldn’t be a chore and that is what it is beginning to feel like for me.

Plus the bf doesn't know about it lol and don’t really want him to read here - this a place for me to vent and stuff :)

Speaking of the bf - things are going good, too good in fact! We are almost at the 7month stage and we haven’t had a single argument!! Thats good don’t get me wrong :) I don’t want to argue with him, think it would be too easy for me to win lol :) *joke*

Had the most amazing weekend 2 weeks there = went down to Keswick in the Lake District for the weekend, was super long as I was a half day on the Friday and took Monday off as well :) Got him insured to drive my new baby so he took the wheel and drove down Friday night. We met his mum and her new man and went out for dinner then basically had some fun in the shower before a early night ;)

Just basically chilled Sat and Sun bf’s mum new man M did all the driving :) it was great to just relax and be stress free. His mam paid for us to stay on Sun night as we were both off on the Monday so we got an extra day and went down to Windemere for the day before heading home.

Been without my internet for the past 2 days due to some maintenance Virgin was doing. Called them last night to canx seeing as I'm moving back to mothers at the end of the month -- they want £200 cancellation fee!!!!!! OMFG!!!
I still haven't even made a dent on packing yet.. to be honest I cant really be bothered lol

Sure I have other stuff to update on but cant think right now =) off to have dinner and watch "Sex And The City" finally getting round to watching my box set! The bf is away to Bristol this week on a training course so im getting peace to watch it as he doesn't like it =)

Broody? Me?

Unfortunately yeah I am getting kinda broody.... I suppose its natural to get broody at some point.
But the last few months me and the bf have been talking about kids and coming up with names and stuff, and then talking to my friend A on Sat and hearing all his stories about his two kids just kinda got me broody.

Thankfully I'm not scaring the bf lol - he told me last week he was kinda getting broody too. Didn't know guys had a tendency to feel like that so in a way its a good thing I suppose =)

Got news that my cousin C might not be able to have kids as they think they may have found cancerous cell during her routine smear =( Not so great news considering my other cousin H is due her first baby in about 2 weeks time!!
Hope everything works out for C - she just got engaged yesterday (15/4) as well =) Congrats!

There baby talk over! Just had to get that all off my chest lol ;)

Sorry guys for leaving so long between posting, just haven't really had the time or the privacy to post =)

I've actually got the point where I have forgotten what has happened since my last post as the weeks are going in so fast!

Went out a few weeks ago to a friends leaving do - her and her hubby are jetting of to live in New Zealand, I'm so jealous! =( Just showed face for a few hours as it was a kinda function do, and I hate those things if I don't know half the people. Lucky for me I dragged the bf along =)A lot of people where there that I used to go to school with and the my ex brother turned up as apparently he is still dating S... don't why they are still together as both brothers are the same *insert swear word of choice here*
Meet up with my mate A that night as well for a wee catch up - but we are going out tonight as well for a proper catch up.

Only have about 6 weeks left in my wee flat before I move back to mum's =( kinda a shame a the neighbors have settled down, in fact haven't seen or heard him for about 3 weeks.. strange! Defo getting a place with the bf, so thats all getting underway. I should be able to save like mad when I'm home with mum and once he sells his wee flat we are going to rent a wee place to save up enough money for a depostit on a house =) wooo its all so exciting!!

I have started running! God last weekend I couldn't walk!! That just goes to show how terribly unfit I am! i am going to stick it out though as its great fun =)

Time for a much needed update!

Wow its been a while, kinda hard to think what I need to update you on =)

Went out to celebrate 6 months with the BF last wednesday and had a lovely meal, and just had an amazing night. Roll on 1 year is all I can say lol!

Think he could possibley be the one, as we were talking about moving in together and getting a place either in Polmont or Linlithgow, wasnt sure if it was just the wine talking, but he seems to have mentioned it a few times now since then - so watch this space.

If that is going to happen its more and likly going to be next year sometime as he will sell his flat etc.... So I'm thinking on moving back to my mum's (yet again!) to try and get my savings back up a bit so have a least something to help if we get a place togther..... quite excited about it all =)

Loving being back out here in Kilsyth - feels just like I have never left =) Been kinda busy which is great

Havent any more problems with the neighbours lately *touch wood* and I hope it stays that way! Its a shame as I love this wee flat, if it wasnt for them it would be better!

Anyhoo Im at work right now, all on my as everyone else finished at 1:30pm today so better get on with some work before I leave at 4:30!!

Tomorrow I will have been seeing the bf for 6 months! Its kinda scary (in a good way) how fast it has gone in. It feels like we have been dating for way longer.
I never imagined I would be as happy I am now =) those who know my past experiences will know what I'm on about!

He's coming over tomorrow and we're going out to Casa Espanola for dinner =)It should be a good night, Casa is lovely restaurant.

=) I'm so excited! Don't know what I'm going to wear! urgh the dilemmas!

Long Week!

God this week is dragging in so much =( I cant wait for it to be over. Looking forward to starting back out in Kilysth, I still keep in touch with the girls there and they are over the moon that I'm coming back.
Place I'm at the now was going on about how if they knew I was looking for F/T they could have possibly given me F/T. To be honest the job there just isn't busy enough for me and anyone who knows me, knows that when I'm at work I like to be kept busy.
Its so bad that I find myself clock watching all day =( which isn't good!

The agency have a replacement for me starting tomorrow - and I have to show her what to do!?!?! So thats going to be fun.

Didn't want to get up this morning - went to the bf's last night, so that meant I had to leave earlier in the morning. However, I didn't leave until 8am and was 10min late for work. Not that I was all that bothered. But I look shattered today =( Think I can see an early night for me!

Ok enough about work!
I'm off to try and tackle a wardrobe filled with clothes that no longer fit me (seeing as I have put on so much weight!) - good thing is I'm sending them down to my 13yr old niece, so least I'm not just chucking them out. Dont think the bf is coming over so will get peace to get on with that =) hehe.

Ok feel little bullets post to start with...

* Went to see Hot Fuzz on Tuesday with the bf
* Had to call police on my neighbors 3am Friday morning
* Pulled a sicky from work on Friday cause was shattered from above
* Finally got my new car Friday at 6:30pm
* Was in bed by 10pm Friday!!
* Got woken up at 8am with neighbors music =(

So spent most of Saturday shattered yet again =( I'm tied here for 6 months, but seriously considering if and when I get a F/T job I might think on buying another wee flat - even though I was mad and sold my last one =( but meet the bf and all my plans changed - for the better I might add, and think people are pleased to see me staying lol =)

Headed over to the bf's about 5pm yesterday - couldn't wait to drive my new car on the motorway! Wow its a beast when it accelerates =) hehe. He had spent all day cleaning his wee flat. And I mean wee! I don't know how his tiny flat can get in such a mess but it does, he had to clear his room in order to fit his drawers he picked up last weekend and I think that has a snowball effect and cleaning the whole place!

Was so nice to be able to walk in door and see the floor! =)

His projector broke during the week so we had to watch movies on his laptop! poor thing! but it has given him an excuse to buy a TV now, so alls good.

Didnt do much today = had a nice long lie in then headed out to Ikea, wanted to get some new bedding. £55 later we are on our way to Fort Kinnard shopping park for a look in Comet. I had wanted to test drive the car to Livingston but we decided to have a bite to eat in Frankie and Bennie's then head home. Had spent enough for one day.

And now thats me home =( Don't really want to go to work tomorrow and don't really want to go this interview on Tuesday.
Think will go on WOW for a wee while then head to bed....

Bloody neighbours =(

I have had a hellish night with the neighbours.

They love to play the music loud which I have spoken to them about on umpteen occasions, and asked for them to keep it down.

Last night I got so pissed off that I called the police out to them to get them to stop the music. They started playing it at 1am and I called the police at 2:45am =( I had had enough. The bf managed to get some sleep, but I think I was lucky if I got 3 hours sleep =(

I actually called in sick this morning as I am so shattered =(

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks (this coming Fri) on my new car =(

The guy called from the garage this afternoon and told me that the DVLA still haven't got back to them yet with the Reg details =( they cant tax it and I cant insure it yet either. Good thing is I don't start paying for until I get it... so gives me time to save my weekly wages.
Bad thing is I'm getting impatient and the guy is losing out on his bonus this month for my sale.. what a shame =)

The agency have got back to me with a interview for a F/T job in Stirling on the 6th March. But in all honesty I'm not too sure if I really want to go for it. I don't really know if I want to travel that far (ok and heres me looking at jobs out Edin way! but the bf is there and if things move on its easier blah blah blah) so not sure what to do =( Kinda bored at this temp job as always asking for stuff to do etc, but it could maybe be a good job. Who knows.

Off to get some dinner but feeling kinda sick =( so might just have some soup if I have any lol

Well today wasn't all that bad.
The woman is a bit dis-organised as I have to keep asking for stuff to do, either that or I do things way to bloody fast! lol (think its a bit of both!)

I almost died today when I got back from lunch - I thought the girl who was in the reception covering lunch was my ex bf's, ex gf to whom he has a kid to! I swear this girl is the spit image! Thankfully it turned out not be her... phew!

Apart from that I think I'm going to like it - found a house I love already! Its a 3 story Townhouse, but lucky or unlucky for me which ever way you want to view it - they aren't building any in Falkirk :( .... although having said that they are opening a new site in Etna Road... hmmmm =)

Just back from Asda - was about £50 and I have no idea what on earth I have got! Healthy food is bloody expensive!! Got lots of yogurt to have for breakfast and nice rolls so I can take lunch to work with me.

Trying to save money in some respect and eat healthy - if planning on going any holidays this year with the bf I need to get into shape for my bikini ;) lol

I survived...

Well the weekend went surprisingly well =)

The drive down on Friday wasn't too bad - only got stuck behind 1 lorry which we soon managed to overtake.
We left Edinburgh about 4:30pm and got the bf's mum's about 6:45pm - so that was good going, he was shattered as he was working all day then had to drive 2hours to Newcastle then go to a concert!
Poor thing, though he said it was all worth it after the concert =)

We went to see Dave Matthews of the "Dave Matthews Band", he was doing an acoustic set with a guy called Tim Rogers - and boy was this guy an amazing guitarist, and I mean amazing!
I haven't really heard alot of this guys stuff so didn't really know half of the songs he did =( but it was still a great concert 2 and half hours long! I was begining to wilt a little by 9:30pm and was starting to get a migraine from all the cameras and lights =(

Got home about 11ish then headed to bed - a lovely blow up air bed in the living room =) gave me a bloody sore back so it did!

On Saturday we headed off to visit the bf's Dad - hes still as mad as ever, he actually moving out to Turkey tomorrow!! Mental! Spent a few hours there then stopped over at his Aunts to pick us a chest of drawers (where the hell he is going to put them in his flat god only knows!). They have an amazing house! oh me wants! lol

Then at night I got to meet his sister and his granddad - wasn't that scary! Had a really nice night - his mum took out to this great Indian for dinner :)

Not that long home to be honest - we left quite early on to beat any traffic. Stopped off at McDonalds in Berwick Upon Tweed so I'm stuffed now lol

All in all it was a good weekend, according to him his mum thinks im lovely =D so thats a good start!

Newcastle Here I Come!

Woo hoo!

It Friday afternoon, did 3 hours work this morning now I'm home - music blaring away getting ready to head off to Newcastle for the weekend!!!

Ok lets back track - Work? Huh? Well I got a temp job as a Sales Administrator for Redrow Houses! Based out by TSC in Larbert so only 10 mins away =) happy about that, as was getting worried as just bought a new car and want to make sure I have enough money coming in.
It temp for as long as possible - so that kinda good least I know I will maybe get a few months work out of it. Mon-Fri 9-5:30 which is perfect =) and the money is good!

Applied for 2 jobs online yesterday as well - Medical Records in Falkirk Royal and one working for the council as Admin Assistant so will see what happens about them.

So as I was saying I'm off to Newcastle to see a band called "Dave Matthews Band" tonight, the bf is into them... then I'm meeting his family Sat/Sun! EEEK!!!

Already met his Dad, so hope the rest of the family like me...... *fingers crossed*
Looking forward to it - daunting though may be, but mind you he has met my brother and got his seal of approval - so surly they cant worse than him! lol

Heading off outta Falkirk at3pm as don't want to get stuck in traffic.
Speaking of which - how on earth did a tipper truck get stuck on the M8(think it was that road) ????I cant fathom how the hell he did it!
I was stuck in traffic there from 5pm til 7pm last night couldn't believe it. Had to pick my Dad up from the Western General Infirmary - had to borrow the bf's TomTom to get me there. Knew there was delays coming home, so thought would use the tomtom (whose voice is John Cleese by the way!) to get me off the motorway and on the A roads - but the bloody thing put me back on the motorway so ended getting stuck in the jam after all :(

Hmm a tomtom would look super duper in my new wee sexy black corsa... wonder if the bf would let me borrow it lol

Anyhow - going to get a cuppa tea then head over to mum to drop of some washing =)

I cant sleep :(

I miss my honey :(

And I'm bloody hooked on WoW! I'm playing my Taurin (?spell) Character and just got her up to level 10 so I get to turn into an animal :) hehe

Sad I know!

The bf has been over all last week - so I guess thats why I missing him so much tonight :( Get to see him tomorrow and I can't wait. God I have it so bad! I have a good feeling about this one... So much better than the last bf and I think everyone of my mates will vouch as to what a loser he was.... but not going to bitch to much about him, god knows how many kids he has now!

Believe it or not we (the bf and I) have been talking about baby names :) So at least I know we are both on the same wavelength, would hate to get 5 yrs down the line again to discover we both want different things. Very early days I know but like I say I have a very good feeling about this one :) and hope it lasts long enough for kids and marriage.
I'm a big softy at heart - and think he has kinda tamed me lol

Ok I'm rambling on wayyyyyy to much here!
Think its time I try get some sleep I have to go the job center tomorrow to get mother off my back!

Urgh!

I have been wide awake since just after 8am, as the postman woke me up with a package :(
Wouldn't have normally minded but I'm not working this week - the agency is getting back to me about temp work and also about an interview for a F/T job in Stirling.

I'm actually still in bed - gotta love wireless networks :) hehe I'm just glad my laptop cant play WoW on it! or else I would never be outta bed and off the bloody game!

Think I'm getting the cold - hope its not the flu! I feel all achy, got sore throat and all choked up :( The bf feels the same, he was off work yesterday. Managed to find some Beechams Flu Plus tablets in what I call my drug drawer :) so hope should kick in soon.

I think it may be time for me to get outta bed and do some housework today - was all set to do it yesterday but got distracted with WoW! It sucks up so much of your time!

Something seems to be up with my K-C.com server as of late, and I almost lost my entire blog! eek! So now I have a new home, here. Some of my friends use this and others use Livejournal and Wordpress.... sheesh going to have 4 blogs on the go now!! hehe

I have way to much time on my hands when the bf isn't here! ;)
